We went para sailing and were looking for a restaurant within walking distance from the slips and yachts and ocean. I found Merriman's. We made it during happy hour. Everything we had was absolutely delicious! We had the green beans, fish and chips the Kahlua Quesadilla And the tacos . The green beans were our favorite! All very yummy! Service was awesome! As well, we were just there for a quick bite to eat! Highly recommend!

Our server was superb and the ambience was relaxing and comfortable. Not only our server was good, I also noticed how every employee was really into his or her job. The management did a very nice job training and motivating its staff. We sat in front of the kitchen and had a great view how the kitchen and the wait staff all working together. Kudos! The food was excellent and the price was reasonable. The taro hummus appetizer was one of the best hummus we have had and the it was garnished with bits and pieces of fresh vegetables, a great combination. The burger was very tasty (but just a tad on the salty side) and it came with some very good fries. The buttermilk dressing for the fries was one of the best. The fish sandwich was also quite good. The Nerrimen’s Maitai was just okay. We will return to try other dishes and its desserts.

Lived up to the reputation! I was skeptical, I thought they would ride on the iconic reputation but they actually have fantastic food service and the drinks are on point! The atmosphere is classy but hawaii classy! great live music! The Roasted Garlic chicken was so good honestly, i am a foodie & it was delicimo! The appetizers are all carefully homemade and are as good as entres no joke. the quesadillas alone will rock your world ! im very impressed with Sean the manager & also his #1 waiter Ryan.

This is the 4th time here and the food, drinks, service and sitting outdoors are always on point! I usually get the catch of the day and always the Mai-tai with lilikoi foam. Dessert was a caramel and Mac nut pineapple bread pudding that was delicious! Live music is great.

You can't go wrong at Merriman's. The service is always great and the food is outstanding. The Mai Tai comes with Lilikoi foam, you have to get one of these! The lobster pot pie is amazing! My only issue is that for 69 you should get the whole lobster chopped up in the pot pie. There's a decent amount, but I'm pretty sure it's not the whole lobster. The scallops and the pot pie are tasty , but the potatoes are just a filler. That being said, I get it every time we go! If you are sitting next to the kitchen, it's not too loud and you get to see the production going on which is kind of fun.

Outstanding customer service! The staff were all so friendly. Their food is a must try, especially their Chicken pot pie Luau. Go and enjoy yourself.

Service was extremely good, however other than the lobster baked pie everything else was either too bland- too salty and too pricey. The seasoning definitely need refining. It wasn’t satisfying and left a bad after taste. After dinner even after all those food we ordered, we went to grab a refreshing bite afterward. Very nice decor and crowded with people though .

Four of us had an exceptional dinner. The hostess was friendly, fast, and able to make all of us feel welcomed. But our waiter John, impressed us with his wit and great attitude. Food was delicious, service exceptional, atmosphere was perfect. Over all, it was a great meal!
